I Write To I do not write from knowledge; I write toward it. I do not write to preach, but to search. I do not write from authority; rather, I write into the rebellion of discovery. Not knowing where to end, I simply begin. And, sometimes, not so simply. I write to heal. To wound. To heal. To wound. To harness this larger feeling. To unharness this larger feeling. Not from a place of quiet, I write through a deep vibration, through overtones, through imagined silence. I write to explore, not expound, hoping to find a communion lost, waiting. I write to understand this persistant resonance ringing in my ears, coloring all my thoughts and perceptions. I write without hope of knowing, full of hope of knowing; and still, again, I touch the blank page, the page behind the glass, the page of light.
